Returns and exchanges:

Will only be accepted new product returns, complete with tags and undamaged, altered or erased original product packaging. In the specific case of perfumes, the product packaging must be intact and in good condition.

Incomplete, damaged or used products will not be accepted.

The user you want to return the product, may do it within the period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the same by filling in the return form and proceeding to sending it with the product in question, indicating that he wants to return it and indicating the NIB to process the wire transfer.

The return must be addressed to: Pit Lane 9, Rua Cesário Verde, n.º 20, 2º Direito, 1170-091 Lisboa, Portugal. 

The cost of the return and exchange of products is the user's responsibility, with the exception of defective products.

After examining the product, the user will be advised of his right or not of the return of the monies paid. The refund will be made as soon as possible within 30 days of the product return date.

The Pit Lane 9 makes size changes of the same Article.  In the case of stock rupture of the size by which the client wants to change, he should choose another color available. If all the material number is sold out, the user can opt for the replacement of items in stock in case of no discontinuity, for the purchase of a product of an equivalent price or for the refund.

Received the return, attached with the form of devolution or exchange completed, a review of the product is performed. The exchange is processed within 14 working days and the user will receive an email when the product is shipped.
